Sending USDfil

This page describes how to send USDfil to another address on the Filecoin Network

The following diagram describes the four simple steps that need to be followed to send USDfil to another wallet through the USDfil UI.

  1. The first step is to navigate to the "Send" Tab.

  2. Next, enter the amount you wish to transfer. The maximum transfer amount is indicated in the input hint, and this value corresponds to the amount of USDfil you have in your connected wallet.

  3. Next, enter the address you wish to transfer the USDfil to. The address checksum will be checked if inputted with case to ensure that the address formatting is correct.

  4. Finally, click the Send button. A wallet approve request should pop up - approve the transaction and wait for confirmation of transfer.

Note: You must have enough FIL to pay the gas to make the transfer. The USDfil protocol does not charge any fees for transferring USDfil.
